Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential to correctly interpreting your rights and obligations when using the rbaje app platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or statutory provision includes all subordinate legislation made under it.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, placing a wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the rbaje app platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with rbaje app's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules or promotional terms that rbaje app publishes from time to time. These documents are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and form a single binding agreement between you and rbaje app.

Amendments to These Terms

rbaje app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rbaje app will notify registered users by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address on the User's account. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the rbaje app platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, contact support at [email protected] to close your account.

Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. English is the controlling language of this agreement. Any translation provided for convenience purposes does not constitute a legally binding version of this document. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Section 3

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use rbaje app, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) acting on your own behalf;
• You are not residing in, accessing the platform from, or acting as an agent for any person in a Prohibited Territory;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rbaje app or had an account closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or family member of an employee or director of rbaje app;
• Online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of placing a wager.

Age Verification (KYC)

rbaje app reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any User at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by rbaje app support will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.

rbaje app may use third-party age and identity verification services to validate the information provided during registration. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to rbaje app processing your personal data for KYC purposes in accordance with the rbaje app Privacy Policy.

Section 4

Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on rbaje app. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or under fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. rbaje app employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed immediately, and funds held therein may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your rbaje app account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbaje app login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. rbaje app will never ask you to disclose your password in any communication, including by email, telephone, or live chat.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact rbaje app support immediately at [email protected]. rbaje app will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. rbaje app will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant accounts in accordance with applicable platform policy at the relevant time.

Section 5

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

rbaje app accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. rbaje app reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits upon request.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to a User's rbaje app balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may require up to two (2) business hours to be reflected in the account balance during standard banking hours (BST). rbaje app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average for bKash and Nagad, and within thirty (30) minutes for Rocket and Upay during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. rbaje app reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts that have not completed KYC.

Own Payment Methods Only

Users may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts that are registered in their own legal name. rbaje app will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use a payment method belonging to another person will result in immediate suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation.

Currency

All balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on rbaje app are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), denoted by the ৳ symbol. rbaje app does not support USD, EUR, or any other foreign currency for account balances. Users depositing from international payment cards may be subject to currency conversion charges applied by their card issuer — rbaje app does not control or benefit from such charges.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

rbaje app offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users aged 18 and above only.
• Each User may claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by creating duplicate accounts will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, bonus funds must be used within thirty (30) days of being credited to the account, after which they will expire automatically.
• rbaje app reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited to existing accounts at the time of withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.

Abuse of Bonus Offers

rbaje app monitors bonus usage for signs of systematic exploitation, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure ("bonus abuse"). If rbaje app determines that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, rbaje app reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and in serious cases, close the User's account.

Seasonal Promotions

rbaje app regularly publishes seasonal and event-specific promotions aligned with major cricket fixtures (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals) and Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. Specific terms for these promotions are published on the rbaje app promotions page at the time of launch.

Section 7

Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on rbaje app is subject to the general rules set out in this section and to any specific rules applicable to individual sports, events, or games as published on the platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with relevant rules before placing any wager.

Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the rbaje app platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager.

Palpable Errors

rbaje app reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were made available due to a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed malfunction (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"). A palpable error includes but is not limited to: odds that are significantly out of line with the prevailing market, an incorrect team or player listed as a selection, or a bet accepted after the relevant event or market has closed.

Integrity and Fair Play

All casino game outcomes on rbaje app are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by rbaje app's software partners, which include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. rbaje app does not influence or manipulate RNG outcomes. Third-party certification records are maintained by the respective game providers.

Maximum Winnings

rbaje app may apply maximum single-transaction payout limits on sports betting markets and individual games. Where a maximum payout limit applies, it will be displayed within the relevant market or game interface. rbaje app is not obligated to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout limit, regardless of the nominal value of the bet.

Disputed Results

In the event that a User disputes the outcome of a sporting event settlement or a casino game result, the User must contact rbaje app support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. rbaje app's decision on all disputes, made after reviewing available evidence, shall be final.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

Users of rbaje app are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

• Underage access: Accessing or attempting to access rbaje app if you are under 18 years of age;
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account on the rbaje app platform;
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds;
• Money laundering: Using rbaje app for the purpose of laundering funds derived from any illegal activity;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Hacking: Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt rbaje app's servers, databases, or technical infrastructure without authorisation;
• Abuse of promotions: Systematically exploiting bonus terms through low-risk wagering strategies or coordinated multi-account bonus farming;
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits that have been legitimately processed;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing account use.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the rbaje app platform — including but not limited to the rbaje app brand name, logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, software code, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rbaje app or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rbaje app platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from rbaje app without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on rbaje app content;
• Frame or mirror any part of the rbaje app website on another platform;
• Use rbaje app's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the rbaje app platform.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbaje app, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the rbaje app platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions;
• Loss of data or account information caused by events outside rbaje app's reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security measures were not observed by you;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or mobile wallet operators.

Service Availability

rbaje app aims to maintain a platform uptime of 99.6% or above but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned and unplanned maintenance, network outages, force majeure events, and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability. rbaje app will endeavour to notify Users of planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

By using rbaje app, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. rbaje app is an entertainment platform — not a financial product or investment vehicle. rbaje app does not guarantee any return on wagers placed and is not responsible for losses incurred through normal gambling activity. Section 11

Account Suspension and Termination

Voluntary Closure

Users may close their rbaje app account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after the deduction of any outstanding charges) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not returnable upon voluntary closure.

Suspension by rbaje app

rbaje app reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a User's account at any time and without prior notice where rbaje app has reasonable grounds to suspect any of the following:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• KYC non-compliance;
• A request from a relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority;
• Suspected underage gambling.

Account Closure by rbaje app

Following investigation, rbaje app may permanently close an account for any material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where closure is due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, funds held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and platform policy.

Self-Exclusion

Section 12

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rbaje app operates as an entertainment platform for the Bangladesh market and expects Users to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction when accessing its services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and rbaje app, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. The majority of concerns are resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with our support staff. rbaje app commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours (BST) and providing a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

Formal Complaints Procedure

If your concern cannot be resolved through initial support contact, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". Your complaint must include:

• Your full registered name and account username;
• A clear description of the issue, including relevant dates and transaction references;
• The specific resolution you are seeking;
• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction receipts, etc.).

rbaje app's complaints team will investigate all formal complaints thoroughly and impartially. The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to you in writing. rbaje app's decision on formal complaints shall be final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the rbaje app Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rbaje app with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties relating to the same subject matter.
